Levi Zook and his wife Anna came yesterday to our kitchen and made almost 500 lbs of tomatoes into juice to sell.
Some of this is in buckets as plain boiled down juice for you to can for $10 per gallon.
They also made lots of it into an old family recipe that they make for themselves that has in addition to the cooked down tomatoes, other spices and vegetables such as onions, celery, peppers, etc. This is available refrigerated here at the stand for $6.25 per quart or if you take 6+ quarts it is $5.00 each.
